This is Greg Liles I grew up in Pekin, IL and I was really good freinds with your brother Matt and friends with you. It has been years since I have had contact with Matt and when you guys were here in Omaha, NE at the Sokal the sound/light guy said that Matt had just left the tour the last show to go home for awhile. We are a big fans of Hellyeah we are not looking for anything special we just want to say hi and maybe be able to get in touch with Matt and if you are in the Omaha, NE area where I am living we would love to at least say hi to you in person. To My Dearest HELLYEAH: I found out that HELLYEAH was coming to Davenport, Iowa (somewaht near Omaha) on my birthday (Feb 15)and was so upset that I could not go.....even if I got of work and demon speeded it to Davenport, IA from Omaha, NE...I would miss you guys. Then I found out that ya'll were going to Milwauke, WI the day after my birthday. I was like...I'm there. I drove 8 hours to Milwauke, WI from Omaha...got a hotel room and partied at the Rave(where ya'll played) all night. On the way back it took me close to 13 hours to drive home because of a blizzard and ice storm. The funny shit is...I would do it all over again to see you guys play...you truly are a mega metal band. HELLYEAH has something that other bands do not have...heart and a passion for music...this is what you LOVE...and you can tell!!! I may not be able to go every show you guys play, hell I wasn't even able to get a concert t-shirt cause I spent all of my money at the bar...but I am there in spirt for you guys 100% and I spread the word about HELLYEAH at every chance I get. I just want to show my support for my boys....KEEP ON ROCKIN' HELLYEAH!!!!!! COME TO OMAHA....we will not disapoint you!! Love...Nicolea
How's things.... I don't know if you remember me from the peoria scene.... My name is Mikie from Crop Circle if you don't remember. Anyway, We used to jam some shows together every once in a while with Taxi, and Vent and shit like that... I think you even barrowed my Les Paul at a show in Washington VFW cause something was up with yours.... Congrats on your success... You were always a badass guitar player and made that old marshall and roland jazz choras sound kickass.... And cultivate still kicks my ass. Anyway....
